First of all, my name is Swinford.
The attorney's office sent the check "to the estate of..." didn't put my name on it anywhere, but had my address. I had to open a special account until the check clears, then close it out for an additional cost.waste of time. Other than those, it went great, I didn't have to clean the house, it sold in a day, closed in less than a week, everyone involved was very friendly and helpful.

I was very impressed with Darren.
He helped me out quite a bit, even though it was delayed for quite a few months because of the seller, and it was only a plot of land, which was not large some of money.
